This will be Alignment-based class to prepare your body for Urdhva Dhanurasana ( Wheel pose ). Sequences to create a strength and space in the upper body and preparatory pose - Bhujangasana ( Cobra pose ), Virasana, Upward Facing Dog and Bridge Pose.
If Wheel pose is not in your practice, do not worry. We will use a support that will help to support any body.
Please get ready:
a chair and 2x blocks, 2x blankets and 1x cushion and, a bolster ( or 2 blankets )
