A couple of hours focusing on a full body mobility, strength and flexibility.
Yoga poses to improve core strength, hip flexibility and adding balancing poses to create a strong balanced body. Focus will also include on inner thighs, IT band and hamstrings.
This workshop will be in slow paced and all levels are welcome even with no yoga experience.
Prepare yoga mat, 2 cushions, 2 yoga blocks ( or, hard cover books ) for a support.
