This is 90mins class will help you to awaken your senses through Somatic sensory experience and Restorative yoga helps elicit the relaxation response - by focusing on deep breathing and holding poses longer.

Somatics helps by retraining the brain and the nervous system to let go of old patterns through small and gentle movements. Somatic yoga is all about sensing through movement and, Restorative sensing through stillness, holding to 10-15mins each pose, supported by the props to create sense of calmness and well-being.

Recommended class for everyone whether you have your own regular practice or, you are yoga beginner. Suitable for those who gone through trauma, struggling with some muscular, physical pain, after injuries, chronic health conditions, stiffness, need de-stress and, want to feel more and sense more...

We Yoga and Bedford Park Run, once a month. This will be our 3rd Yoga + Run in 2022.

In this 30mins practice, we will focus on stretch and strength in certain muscle group ( glutes, hamstrings, quads ) which will preparing you for running. Also, focus on core muscles like the obliques and rectus abdominis muscle. After, we will meet up for 5K in Bedford Park Run.

We will still have 10mins after running for a good deep stretch in the Park which I will be leading. No yoga mat needed!

If you haven't tried it yet - Yoga + Run, why not to try. Spring is after all; a time to try new things! No experience needed for running. You can walk or gentle run. There are all different levels, different ages so all are welcome.

An hour practice in slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness and deep breathing.

Restorative yoga is a restful practice, supported by props to create the conditions for us to cultivate the skill of conscious relaxation and most importantly to release unnecessary habitual tension in the body and mind.

We will hold poses between 10-15 mins each to allow a time for the body to relax, cultivate a sense of safety, which pulls us out of “flight or fight” mode, and initiates the body’s self-healing process.

Shorter days, darker nights are perfect time to slow down, to unwind, to support and strengthen nervous system, to allow for a deep rest.

No experience needed, everyone is welcome. Bring your props and your wonderful self, exactly as you are.

The other half of session, will slow you right down with yin meditative style. Long passive holds in poses, focus on breathing, with supporting the body using yoga props, releasing a tension in deep layers of connective tissues stored in physical and energetic body.

Great for runners, racquet players, all those who like to increase flexibility, building a strength, improving balance, coordination and enhancing a state of mind.

Moving through slow flow sequences in Vinyasa style where each movement is synchronized with breath.

Starting with a bit of stretching depending what area of the body we focus on on the day, follow by few Sun Salutations ( modifications given to all levels - where you can take your Vinyasa at your own pace ).

Mixture of core strengthening, standing and balancing asanas ( postures ) to build the heat and strength in the overall body.
