Description

Mindful movement and yoga uses mindfulness techniques to teach students to adapt yoga poses to their body promoting increased elasticity, strength, balance, decreased reactivity, and sense of wellbeing.

This mindful practice promotes great insights as to how we hold tension, move (or do not move) our bodies, and how we relate to the sensations in the body.

Do not let the heat intimidate you!! Its detoxing, relaxing, and Keri will guide you in your practice to keep you as comfortable as needed. Reach out if you have any questions.
