Start your Christmas Eve with an energizing and festive yoga practice! This all-levels flow will take place in a heated studio, helping you warm up, release stress, and embrace the holiday spirit.
Come dressed in your favorite festive gear (Santa hats, holiday socks, or even an ugly sweater!) and join us for a joyful hour of movement, breath, and community.
