Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing, slow-paced practice designed to support rest and nervous system regulation. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, poses are fully supported and held for longer periods, allowing the body to soften and release without effort.

This class is ideal if you’re feeling tired, stressed, overwhelmed, or simply in need of deep rest. No yoga experience is required.
