Welcome to the enchanting world of belly dancing! Our Belly Dancing Fundamentals class is designed for beginners who are eager to explore this captivating dance form. This class will introduce you to the basic techniques, rhythms, and movements that are the foundation of belly dance.

*Warm-Up and Stretching: Each session begins with a gentle warm-up to prepare your body, followed by stretching exercises to improve flexibility.
*Basic Moves: Learn essential belly dance moves such as hip drops, shimmies, undulations, and snake arms.

-What to Wear:
Comfortable workout attire that allows for free movement. Bare feet or soft dance shoes are recommended. Feel free to bring a hip scarf or sash to accentuate your movements, though it is not required.
