Yoga has been such an important part of my life since I started practicing in 2015. Cultivating a regular yoga practice has helped me and continues to help me mentally and physically, on and off my mat daily. Yoga has changed my life in so many ways and I am so excited to share the healing tools and countless benefits of yoga with others in my hometown of Lab West 💜

Ground into your inner warrior with this Yinyasa practice. We will start slow and low. Working our way up, moving through a soft flow.

Yinyasa yoga is a fusion style that combines the slow, meditative holds of Yin yoga with the flowing, dynamic movements of Vinyasa yoga. It's a balanced practice that alternates between stillness and movement, offering both the benefits of Yin (flexibility, stress reduction) and Vinyasa (strength, energy).
