Core Yoga is a style of yoga that uses a sequence of poses to create strength and stability in your centre. The focus of a core yoga class is more on the workout. You can focus on training your core from every angle with yoga by including inverted poses, seated twists, standing poses, folding positions, and traditional breathing exercises in your yoga practice.
