A yin inspired yoga class focused on long-held, passive stretches that target deep connective tissues, as well as muscles. This style of yoga encourages stillness and introspection, creating both a physical and mental space for relaxation and rejuvenation. Yin Yoga reduces stress, and increases flexibility whilst improving self awareness.
