Description

This class is perfect for those in the initial stages of their yoga practice and for those seeking a gentler practice.
Generally, the class will open with a breath exercise and warm up postures, followed by a seating and standing flow. There will be a particular emphasis on Sun Salutations and Warrior sequences. Postures will be held for longer than a flowing Vinyasa class to explore the technical aspects and effects internally. The class will end with a meditation and relaxing savasana.
