Reiki & Restore
A weekly 60-minute class designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body.
This session supports your nervous system, reduces stress and helps bring you back into a calmer state.
Through guided meditation, a calming breathwork practice and energy healing, you’ll be supported to move out of your mind and into your body, allowing space for release, clarity, and deep rest.
This class is for you if you:
Feel overwhelmed, tense, or constantly “on”


Struggle to fully switch off or relax


Spend most of your time in your head and want to feel more grounded


Want a gentle, embodied practice rather than a physical workout


What to expect:
Guided meditation to guide you gently into your body
Grounding breathwork to support emotional and nervous system regulation


Energy healing to release stagnation and restore balance


A calm, supportive space to rest and reset


No experience is needed. All levels are welcome. Bring a blanket and wear warm, cosy clothes. Optional to bring an eye mask.
