Soul & Body Reset is a 90-minute monthly class designed to help you release tension, clear your mind, and reconnect to your body and energy.
Through intuitive movement, rhythmic breathwork, guided meditation, and restorative energy healing, you’ll shift out of your head and drop into the healing of your body. Expect to feel inspired, grounded, and open.
Each month follows a new theme inspired by the changing seasons - supporting you to realign, reflect, and reset in rhythm with nature.
You’ll move what’s stuck, breathe out what’s heavy, and return to yourself feeling lighter, steadier, and re-energised.
This session is for those who:
Spend most of the day in their minds and crave reconnection to their body
Love yoga but want something slower, more embodied, and energetically focused
Are ready to create space for reflection, stillness, and self-healing
Feel the pull to reconnect with their feminine energy and inner rhythm
This is your time to soften, listen, and let your body lead.
Bring yourself, comfortable clothes, and water. Everything else will be provided.
