In this class, asanas are practiced to improve flexibility, strength and balance. We make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, forward folds, twists, backbends and hip openers.

Slow and controlled seamless movements will be combined with breathing techniques and a blissful calming shavasana ending to bring more peace and harmony to the end of your day and prepare you for a restful nights sleep.

Open to all levels but also includes challenging poses that can be taken as far as your body wishes it to.
