Join Bea for an energising and powerful Pilates class, using props for a fun and dynamic workout.

The class aims at building functional strength through a flow of mindful movements, that will benefit your workout practice and most importantly, improve the way you breath and move in your everyday life.

This class intends to:

- Strengthen abdominal and back muscles

- Restore physiological posture

- Mitigate muscle weakness by a fair balance between them

- Improve balance, coordination and concentration

- Increase flexibility

- Rehabilitate and prevent injuries

- Enhance mental awareness
