Yang to Yin: 60-Minute Flow

This dynamic 60-minute class is designed to take you on a journey from movement to stillness, combining the strength-building energy of Yang with the restorative calm of Yin.

We begin with a powerful Yang flow, focusing on strength, stability, and flexibility. Through a series of energizing sequences, we'll flow through sun salutations and standing poses helping to build heat and cultivate focus. As we transition into the second half of the class, the pace slows, and the emphasis shifts to deep stretching, mindful breathing, and long-held Yin poses. These passive stretches target the connective tissues and joints, allowing for deep release and relaxation.

This class is perfect for anyone looking to balance the active and passive sides of their practice, build strength, and deepen flexibility while finding peace and stillness in the mind and body.
