This is a gentle somatic yoga class that helps release tension in the neck, shoulders, hips, and more. By using fascia releasing techniques, breath with movement, and promoting a healthy vagus nerve, this class is designed for anyone. If you have tension, stress, limited range of motion, sore back, stiffness, IBS, good knees, or bad knees, this class can be for you.
