Release pain, open stiff joints, and soften tense muscles. 45 minutes of crazy twisting, pulling, stretching, and breathing to bring space to your joints, muscles, mind, and whole body. Self-Myofascial techniques may include standing poses, seated on the floor poses, walking to incorporate the nervous system, and fascia tools such as blankets, tennis balls, and more.
