Feet are the foundation of our structure. With 25 bones that connect to 33 joints in each foot, it is important to keep them healthy and mobile. Learn from a Certified Yoga Therapist on how to realign bunions, straighten hammer toes, spread the toes for balance, and create arches that bring back the spring in your step. This is a short 45 min class to build a stronger foundation for your life. Balancing exercises, towels, marbles, straps, and blocks are available to broaden your feet’s receptors to feel grounded and secure. Even though we are working on our feet, your whole body will benefit, especially your legs, knees, hips, shoulders, back, and neck.
