I’m a movement teacher working with both high-level athletes and everyday people who like moving 🧘‍♀️ My approach blends yoga and modern movement science to help the body move in a more natural, intelligent and integrated way. I help surfers build a body that’s strong, mobile, and resilient, so they can surf at their best for years to come. Surfing demands balance, fluidity, and strength, qualities you develop long before you paddle out. I combine the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern insights from physiology and neuroscience to train both body and mind in a way that works with you, not against you. ​ I see the body as an integrated system where breath, movement, and awareness work together. This approach not only improves performance in the water, but also creates the right environment for recovery, increases longevity, and deepens your connection to your body. These classes are for anyone who wants to:
– improve mobility and strength without forcing the body
– respect the body’s natural movement patterns
– rehydrate tissues and support long-term joint health
– develop a better body–brain connection

Class format (1h15 – 1h30):
– functional movement & mobility
– strength and coordination
– breathing practices to support the nervous system
– cool down for integration and recovery

Classes are accessible to all levels and designed to either support your sport practice (such as surfing) or sustain your every day life.
