Cecilia Cortes is a Sound Healer, Reiki master, Chakra healer, and Redikall therapist. Raised in the in the international Auroville community in India, she now lives in Milan and has become known for her ability to guide people to a radiant, energetic life of self-love, serenity, abundance and joy. In no small part due to her light-filled presence, her sound baths have been described as "otherworldly" and "a magical, must-do experience for those just getting into meditation."

Christina Curry has over 20 years of hands-on teaching experience and has worked with all types of bodies and practices. A heartfelt teacher, she gracefully guides you through sequences that remind you how to feel good in your body. Her classes make you mentally and physically stronger, and her words make you feel clearer and more conscious in your everyday. Ultimately, she will remind you how to surrender to what is with her straightforward and accepting dialogue, examples, and adjustments. She is passionate about guiding you to embody the power of the mind/body connection while expertly leading you through active and restorative styles of yoga, pranayama, meditation, self-inquiry and yogic philosophy.

Born in Como, Celeste has passionately explored the invisible through poetry, music, dance and philosophy. In India she trained as a Hatha Yoga teacher at the Mysore Mandala Yoga Shala and continued her studies in New York, Rishikesh and Milan. Soon, Celeste’s exploration shifted to focus on the therapeutic aspects of yoga and the relationship between the human body and nature. Having received her four-year āyurveda technician diploma, Celeste helps her community develop practices to help them enhance their concreteness, creativity and sensoriality.

An artist, an explorer and spiritual aficionado, Iris has been captaining the Raise Your Vibration mission for the last two years. Their fascination with the essence of being began at a young age, immersing themselves in books on Zen Buddhism and dreaming of life in a Japanese monastery. A decade later, they discovered Osho's teachings, which sparked a deep and ongoing spiritual practice. Through many years of travel and immersion in spiritual communities, Iris continued to experiment with diverse traditions, techniques, and therapies. In Auroville, India, they became an expert in hypnosis and Yoga Nidra—a practice that is both profoundly relaxing and enlightening. Today, Iris shares the seeds of light gathered along this journey, through conversation, presence, and the practice of different techniques they continue to explore with dedication.

Stacey Renée Benedetti discovered Pilates over 25 years ago while looking for a practice that could support both her body and mind while managing significant scoliosis. What began as physical rehabilitation soon became a lifelong discipline and a moving meditation. Stacey's classes blend contemporary Pilates, functional movement, and mindful sequencing to cultivate strength, resilience, balance, and a deeper connection between body and mind. All with creativity, joy, and a genuine love of movement.

Originally trained as a photographer, Alessandra has always been fascinated by the body and its language. Her passion for outdoor sports, particularly climbing and cycling, naturally led her to yoga, initially through its physical benefits, and eventually through its profound spiritual dimension. Since completing her first Vinyasa Yoga training in New York in 2015, Alessandra has continued to deepen her studies through Katonah Yoga®, Yin Yoga, anatomy, neuroscience, and trauma-informed practices. Today, her teaching reflects an approach that is both intelligent and intuitive, honoring each person's unique anatomy, history, and experience. Her classes invite students to move with curiosity, listen deeply, and rediscover the innate connection between body and mind. Rather than striving for the perfect pose, Alessandra creates a space where awareness, exploration, and self-discovery naturally unfold.
