In the Healthy Habits Challenge, we’re asking you to prioritize healthy habits for 28 days. These habits don't have to take long, but they'll make a big difference! The challenge runs from June 5 - July 2.

Here's how it works!

Every day for the next 28 days, I want you to:
- Eat 5 different veggies per day
- Drink 3L of water
- Eat 100g of protein
- Get 5000+ steps
- Do 5 minutes of mindfulness
