Friday Yoga 7.50am (40 mins)
Saturday Morning Challenge sent via email for you to complete at your leisure.
All of the above, plus an optional group fitness chat is what is included in my bootcamp offerings. If you can't make it online via Zoom to the live sessions, I am recording everything and it'll be sent out after each session for you to do asap. Sessions will be available for around 10 days after the recording has been sent out, before it gets deleted.
There is an 8-week option and a 12-week option, the latter getting us all the way to Christmas. I will add an additional 4 week option after the first 8 weeks is done to give people the chance to do the remaining 4 weeks, if that wasn't what they purchased initially.
Small hand weights are definitely encouraged! 3-5kg.
