Welcome to our 7th bootcamp!
We will workout online via Zoom with minimal equipment. And you don’t need a lot of space at all!
If you have a small pair of weights and some resistance bands then even better - I would encourage these because there is more and more research in favour of having a strong, lean body with decent muscle mass. So that’s what we’re aiming for and training for!
But it possible to join in without, but please let me know so I can cater towards that. Otherwise I will assume everyone has some small weights to work with.
If you can’t make the live sessions, they are recorded and sent to you usually right after, but always that same day.
The schedule goes …
Mondays 5pm Fitness (20mins)
Wednesdays and Thursdays Workout 7.05am (25mins)
Friday Morning Yoga 7.50am (40mins)
Saturday Morning Challenge (emailed to you first thing in the morning for you to complete on your own!) you’ll learn techniques through the week and then put them to use, with my instructions included to help you along the way. This encourages some self motivation / discipline and is also helping to show you how to build your own workouts.
