Saturday Morning Challenge (emailed out, do at your leisure)
There is also access to a hilarious WhatsApp group chat too, all women thus far but men are encouraged too!!

Small(ish!) dumbbells and resistance bands are all you need. For anyone just starting out I’d definitely recommend 3kg and 5kg dumbbells.
And fabric resistance bands. (I have both long and short ones)
Thats it! We make an easy at-home gym approach and collectively keep in shape.
