Starting Monday 17th June!
Collectively keeping for online.
All you need is Zoom, some dumbbells and resistance bands. That’s it.
We are creating an at-home gym set up so there are no excuses and we keep fit throughout the year, building muscle and moving better.
You will learn how to lift properly.
You don’t need big weights! If you are starting out get a wee set of 3kg and maybe also a set of 5kg dumbbells. It’s nice to have variety. And a set of resistance bands. I have both long and short fabric ones.
All sessions and recorded and emailed to you every time, regardless. So you’ll never miss a session. If you want to join in live…
Mondays 5pm (20 mins)
Wed & Thurs 7.05am (25 mins)
Friday Yoga 7.50am (40 mins)
Saturday Morning Challenge (emailed out and one at your leisure)
That’s our schedule for 8 weeks (or there’s also a 4 week pass - any 4 weeks you want.)
