WE START MONDAY 11TH NOVEMBER!
To save me the hassle of having to deal with you all panicking come January, just dae the bootcamp!
An online-only bootcamp with short, sharp fitness classes delivered both live and/or straight into your inbox for catch-up.
All you need are a set of dumbbells (if you're starting out maybe go for 3kg, and having a few sets is useful, as you'll find out as we progress.) A few resistance bands and Zoom.
You can join for 4 weeks or 6 weeks. I don't mind if you choose any 4 weeks that suit you.
Here is the weekly schedule (all are recorded apart from Saturday as it's an email with instructions that you do at your own leisure as a small note of accountability!)
Mondays 5pm Fitness - small weights and resistance bands (20 mins)
Wed & Thurs mornings 7.05am - small weights and resistance bands (25 mins)
Fridays 7.50am - Yoga (40 mins)
Saturdays - an emailed challenge will hit your inbox first thing in the morning, do at your leisure.
If you have any injuries, tell me. You can join in from beginner fitness level, of course, and we work our way up the levels to make things a little more challenging as the weeks progress.
