TWO PRICING OPTIONS. Only for only January, one for both months.

You need a selection of dumbbells if you can (if not, just get a starting pair of around 4-5kg) and decent resistance bands (the best ones are the fabric ones).

Schedule EVERY WEEK...

Mondays 5pm Weights (20 mins)
Wed & Thurs 7am Weights (25 mins)
Friday 7.50am Yoga (40 mins)
Saturday email challenge (do in your own time)

You will receive links when you book to join in live with me. But all classes are also recorded and emailed to participants for catch up or repetition, if you dare!
