IF GARSCUBE SPORTS COMPLEX IS LOCATION OF CHOICE, SESSION CAN BEGIN FROM 1.15PM.
I offer 1-2-1 sessions from several different locations.
1. New Dawn Wellbeing Hub in Huntershill Village, Bishopbriggs. (1 person £35, 2 people £50)

2. My top/third floor flat in Shawlands. (1 person £30, 2 people £50)
Payment option listed under: 1-2-1 Southside Session
3. Your own home. (1 person £30, 2 people £50)
Payment option listed under: 1-2-1 Home Visit
4. Garscube Sports Complex, West End (1 person £35, 2 people £50)
Payment option listed under: 1-2-1 Garscube Sports Complex
The first option is slightly more expensive due to hall hire fees, but it is a lovely quiet zen space with all the yoga mats and equipment aids – and a free herbal tea!
***Not all locations may be available at all times*** it just depends where I am teaching beforehand and afterwards. So in some cases, only 1 or 2 locations may be available.
When booking – please note times may vary SLIGHTLY (due to travel/locations etc) so choose the correct payment option and email me at info@lisacunninghamyoga.com to confirm the location and times with me.
If you live further outside Glasgow please check your location with me first before booking as I only travel so far.
Block bookings, in groups of 5 and 10, are also available to bring costs down slightly.
I also offer a ‘Train With A Friend’ option. £50 for 2 people for a private 1-2-1 session. Blocks of 5 and 10 are also available.
*Please note :-) I operate a 24 hour cancellation policy and all sessions must be paid in full if they are cancelled and fall within this time frame.*
One to one sessions are an excellent way of gaining further insight into your own body.
As teachers, we can only guide each individual so far in a class setting, but with private sessions we can delve further into YOUR specific needs.
Everyone's body differs from the next, so learning how to train your own body is very important for a vast range of reasons, from being in injury rehabilitation or your body being post-natal... to you just not fancying braving a yoga class or gym setting just yet! All reasons are valid and this is why one-to-one lessons exist - so you can get preferential treatment and my full attention for the entire hour and ask any questions you need to ask.
Together we can work out a plan that works for you, and you only.
It's important to honour your body and respect its capabilities and limitations and sometimes it's just easier to figure that out one-to-one with your own personal teacher!
