You guys know the score by now. This is an online bootcamp consisting of 4 online classes per week and a Saturday Morning Challenge.

Mon Weights 5pm (20 mins)
Wed & Thurs Weights 7am (25 mins)
Fri Yoga (40 mins)
Saturday - emailed challenge, do in your own time.

ALL CLASSES ARE RECORDED AND SENT OUT
