Tis' the season!!
So December can be a lovely family orientated time of the year as we all come together for the festivities! But sometimes it can all feel a bit hectic, so why not slow down for an hour (70 minutes to be precise!) and have a little fun and RELAAAXXX!
So I thought a wee family yoga workshop, in a beautiful festive studio setting, would be a lovely way to round off the year.
By all means, be as festive as you wish! As long as you can yoga comfortably in your festive gear, go for it!
We'll kick off at 10.15am on the mat and get our yoga on for 1 hour 20 mins! :-)
Our lovely wee studio holds a maximum of 14 people.
Kids of all ages are welcome, but I'd definitely recommend them being a minimum of 5 years old. However! I am not strict on age at all and if you think they'd appreciate it and they're younger, then by all means bring them along!
It's just a little fun, cutting some mad shapes, having a laugh wee laugh and then a relax before we send you on your merry way!
All mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you wish!
