Ideally, I'd be able to see you and your movements so I can correct anything I need to, depending on YOU!
Because this session is tailored to exactly what you want it to be really.
It can be yoga- challenging or relaxing or a combo of both - it can be a fitness blast! It can be a mixture of both!
It's your call...
You don't need much space to do either.
If you want a fitness/strengthening/cardio class do feel free to include any weights or exercise equipment you have in your home. Let me know what it is first of all, have it close by and we'll incorporate it into your regime.
it's important to keep fit throughout this time and it's obviously of the utmost importance to keep our minds sharp too. And this all helps :-)
Any injuries, please let me know beforehand via email and YES this is adequate for any level of fitness, I can adapt to you :-)
