So you've been working away all morning, or home-schooling, or both! And you need to stretch the cobwebs off - already!
Yep, sitting for only a short period of time can cause tensions, aches and pains, so it's a great idea to stretch your body out again and give yourself a well deserved break!
You should be doing this anyways at work - but we don't, do we?!
So, let this be the start of a brilliant new habit going forth.
Join me online for a 30 minute afternoon stretch before you grab some food and head on back to work for the remainder of the afternoon.
Please be on the ball 5/10 mins beforehand, click the link I send you and we'll hopefully get started on time!
