Stretch away the cobwebs of working all day, or sitting all day,or running after kids all day! Take back your postural power and make some space for yourself to wind down properly, ready for dinner and the night ahead.

Since we're all at home for a few weeks, we still gotta keep our bodies moving and our minds sharp - and both healthy!

I think having some sense of routine would be a big help in getting us through this whilst having no other choice but to stay at home more-so than usual.

SO! How about we wake up and yoga? To start us off well for the day ahead and we'll wrap just as it's time to start working from home at 9am :-)

Pyjamas, coffee, onsies, bed hair, make-up free faces, and unwashed-ness all welcome!

With me?! Either use your existing class passes on your account, if you have any, or feel free to keep them (as I am fully aware they cost you more)

I have included a 2+ participants class pass should you wish to have someone, or the whole family join in. I won't know who's there because you don't need to be seen (!) - you only need to see and hear me! So this is 2+ participants pass is purchased at your discretion :-)

AUTUMN!
Seasonal yoga works a little differently with the seasons, so we're just bringing in Autumn now :)
Join me online, with all your home comforts (cuppa, cushions, blankets, etc) for an initial seasonal chat / info sesh and a cuppa. Wrap yourself in a blanket to keep nice and cosy. We'll meditate and get in tune with the season. And then we'll finish with a brilliantly cosy Yin session and Yoga Nidra, all season appropriate.
As usual with all my workshops, I set it up so you can pay whatever you want. This is a wee risk to me as it means everyone could drop out last minute and my efforts have been spent for nothing - sooooo, if you book on please do try and make it along!
It'll run 1hr 45 or thereabouts. I'll email the Zoom link out an hour or so beforehand.
It starts 9.15am. This may seem early but maaaaaan it gets harder to haul yourself out of bed as we descend into darkness and colder mornings, so it's lovely to hibernate a little more than beforehand as the energy changes, but we still got stuff to do - so UP we must get!
