A brand new boxing class coming to the Southside of Glasgow as of May 2024. Newlands South Church.

*Note: You must buy the class pass AND use it to book in! Don't JUST buy the class pass, you need to book yourself into the class WITH it.*

Everyone is welcome, no experience required. This is a fitness class, yes, but it is a legit boxing class where you will learn proper boxing techniques. And we partner up and fight / spar! Come at your own risk with that in mind, but you will be under the best guidance I can offer and I teach RESPECT in my classes, above all. And that's how we will operate. :)

Teenagers are welcome with a guardian. If you bring children any younger you will be paired WITH them so please keep that in mind.

Bring your own gloves if you want to! :) But I have kit there if you need to borrow for the first while.

Classes are non-refundable when bought and my cancellation policy is on-the-day.

You can re-schedule BEFORE the day of the class, otherwise you forfeit the class pass.

GO TO THE BACK OF THE CHURCH! Walk towards the big red sandstone house behind the church, go down the wee alley on the right by all the bins and go in that door, it will be open for you! Our class is in one of the downstairs rooms.

Please be aware this is a boxing class so all care to listen to instructions and support each other is absolutely paramount. Please read the T&Cs on my website before partaking. Above all, have fun and respect each other in class.

You can use a 4-block studio pass, a 4-block online pass or an individual pass to book.
If you have small handweights, get them ready but they're optional!

Anyone is welcome to join in - all fitness levels welcome. No mats needed, just a quiet comfy space if you can.
