In this class you’ll learn a natural somatic release technique that helps your body let go of built-up tension, preparing you for the guided relaxation that follows.
Rather than trying to sit still and quiet your mind, you’ll be guided through a subtle practice involving intrinsic micro-movement of the legs while resting on your back. This allows stress to release naturally, leaving you feeling physically lighter, mentally clearer, and deeply relaxed.
A perfect weekly reset for anyone feeling overwhelmed, on edge, or stuck in their head looking to break the cycle of stress and anxiety.
Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. No experience necessary.
