Description

Friendly, fun and inclusive class focused on reconnecting you with your body during pregnancy.

We run every week bar holiday periods, and you’re welcome at any stage of pregnancy and if you’d like to continue your practice after leaving post-natal yoga to go back to work.

In these classes, we’ll focus on a safe, development-focused mixed practice underpinned by knowledge, focusing on how the body changes, what’s safe and what you might come to expect.

We’ll bring in elements of asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath practices), yoga nidra (guided relaxation) and play around with styles.

PS prices are slightly higher than for post-natal yoga due to the higher rental costs for this space. I try and keep prices as low as I can!
