Description
Friendly, fun and inclusive class focused on reconnecting you with your body post-natally. Bring your baby (if you want!), and come for coffee and a chat/cake/whatever you fancy afterwards.
We run every week bar holiday periods, and you’re welcome up to and after you finish maternity leave.
NB: after you’ve given birth, you should take a minimum 6-8 weeks of recovery before returning to physical practice. You must be signed off by a doctor before you attend class, as yoga teachers are not health professionals and cannot diagnose.
