A good fitness routine includes elements of cardio, strength training, and stretching and with our yoga and HIIT sessions, you can get all three of them in a single class.

The classes are structured with a combination of a dynamic yoga flows to warm up, tabata style high-intensity interval training that will get your heart pumping and your muscles working followed by a slow stretch to cool down, wind down and relieve tension.

WHAT TO BRING: Just yourself, some drinking water, a mat and your own weights if you like, otherwise you can use ours

While this class is challenging, each exercise is done at your own pace, the number of repetitions will be by discretion of each participant. It's a meditative practice where you just surrender to stillness and allow your body to soften and be supported by cushions and blankets on the floor, where you consciously let go of the mind chatter and the inner critic.
