What is the class?
A mix of Hatha and Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga.
Who is the class for?
Beginners plus.
What is involved ?
The class starts with breath work, grounding, building to warm up, then we practice various postures.
What is distinct about the class?
Elements of functional movement will be intertwined.
The class is adaptable and variations of poses are offered.
Its not a one size fits all approach.
Benefits?
Yoga is a therapeutic practice meant to compliment your life and sporting interests, working with your breath to aid relaxation and movement.
The class plan changes every 6 weeks approximately to help you build some foundations then varying the practice offers your body variety of postures.
Each week there will be slight variations with the intension of building on your practice should you wish that option.
You can also attend the class as a drop in option.
Anything you need to know?
As it is a zoom class please ensure you have internet and the zoom platform downloaded.
Check you have space in you room to move around and can stretch out your arms and turn if possible, home style yoga props are required.
The link will be emailed out to you 30 min pre start of class.
