Description
In this class you will use the TRX, a rope with two handles which hangs from the ceiling. You will do a lot of strength exercises focused on arms, shoulders, legs, glutes. If is your first time doing this class you should always start with a soft level so that you will avoid risk of injuries. Always consult your instructor before switching the level of class.
