Description
For any women who has had a baby, from a few weeks ago, but also if it has been years. After pregnancy it can be hard to find the connection to the pelvic floor and the deeper abdominal muscles. You might have issues like Diastasis recti, urine incontinence (loosing some urine when coughing, sneezing, jumping) or pelvic pain.
This class will help you preparing back to normal exercise to feel in control again. If you have any questions at all before class, please ask Isabelle. No question is too small or strange!
