Julie Fournier
Julie Fournier (she / her), E-RYT 500, Certified Opening Yoga Instructor (OYI) Julie became a certified yoga teacher after 12 years of international development work. She started working with individuals living with chronic illnesses and mobility restrictions in 2014 and obtained additional certifications in adaptive yoga in 2018 and 2019. Julie found in yoga a set of principles that helped her become more compassionate and resilient. She offers group classes, workshops and private sessions in which she weaves self-reflection, breathing practices, gentle movement and references from yoga philosophy and other mind-body approaches. Her wish is to help students ground and settle in their bodies and open up to the myriad of possibilities for growth and realization that yoga has to offer.
