My background is in fitness and sports massage therapy. I discovered pilates and loved that it bridged the gap between my 2 trainings. I use my fitness knowledge to maximise the effectiveness of each pilates session. Using evidence based information to help you get stronger and fitter in a fun, friendly environment.

A good class for beginners to learn the fundamentals of the pilates reformer work-out, gain good form and confidence, or for those who may have injuries and prefer to work at a slower pace.
