My background is in fitness and sports massage therapy. I discovered pilates and loved that it bridged the gap between my 2 trainings. I use my fitness knowledge to maximise the effectiveness of each pilates session. Using evidence based information to help you get stronger and fitter in a fun, friendly environment.
Description
A class utilising multiple sets of exercises to gain strength and muscular endurance. Primarily focused on lower body but providing a balanced workout for the whole body. Not suitable for those new to the reformer. 6 sessions minimum recommended before attending this class.
