I use my fitness knowledge to maximise the effectiveness of each pilates session. Using evidence based information to help you get stronger and fitter in a fun, friendly environment.
Description
A faster paced class utilising multiple sets of exercises to gain strength. Not suitable for those new to the reformer. 6 sessions minimum recommended before attending this class.
