My background is in fitness and sports massage therapy. I discovered pilates and loved that it bridged the gap between my 2 trainings. I use my fitness knowledge to maximise the effectiveness of each pilates session. Using evidence based information to help you get stronger and fitter in a fun, friendly environment.
Description
A dynamic, fitness based class using higher resistance and sometimes hand weights. Be prepared to feel the burn in this whole body workout.
Note: if you are new to reformer a few Fundamental classes are highly recommended before joining a Power Pilates class
