My background is in fitness and sports massage therapy. I discovered pilates and loved that it bridged the gap between my 2 trainings. I use my fitness knowledge to maximise the effectiveness of each pilates session. Using evidence based information to help you get stronger and fitter in a fun, friendly environment.

Description

A more traditional Pilates class on the reformer, following Joseph Pilates exercises and sequences, great for all levels to improve strength, mobility, flexibility and core function. Expect to feel great after this class mentally and physically.
