My background is in fitness and sports massage therapy. I discovered pilates and loved that it bridged the gap between my 2 trainings. I use my fitness knowledge to maximise the effectiveness of each pilates session. Using evidence based information to help you get stronger and fitter in a fun, friendly environment.
Description
A slower paced class, perfect for those with injuries or any one new to pilates. A great place to familiarise yourself with both the machine and the movements.
