My background is in fitness and sports massage therapy. I discovered pilates and loved that it bridged the gap between my 2 trainings. I use my fitness knowledge to maximise the effectiveness of each pilates session. Using evidence based information to help you get stronger and fitter in a fun, friendly environment.
Description
A class using the Jump board (like a little trampoline but you'll be lying down) for endurance work on the lower body, and of course including your favourite reformer exercises.

*not suitable for this with knee or ankle injuries
